A drone attack carried out by the Ukrainian Army this Friday caused a “large fire” in an industrial area located in a town in the Russian region of Rostov, as confirmed by the Russian authorities, who have not commented for now. about possible victims.

The governor of Rostov, Yuri Sliusar, has indicated in a message on his Telegram account that more than a hundred emergency services workers and 38 units are involved in the work to try to extinguish the flames at the site, located in the Kamensky town.

Likewise, he stressed that the air defense systems have repelled “a massive air attack” by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, with material damage also in the towns of Masalovka and Diachkino due to the impact on several buildings of the remains of the intercepted devices. .

The Russian Ministry of Defense has specified in its Telegram account that air defense systems have shot down in the last few hours 46 drones launched against Russian territory – 29 in Rostov, eight in Krasnodar and three in Belgorod, Bryansk and Voronezh -, in addition to one on the Crimean peninsula, annexed in 2014.
