MADRID 24 Nov. (EUROPA PRESS) –
At least six people were injured this Sunday in Israel after the Shiite Hezbollah militias launched more than 165 rockets from Lebanon that have hit various areas of the country or have been intercepted by Israeli forces since last midnight.
Among the injured is a 60-year-old man in serious condition, hit by shrapnel from the impact of a rocket in the town of Kfar Blum, according to the Israeli Emergency Service.
Two other people are injured, but lightly, after at least one Hezbollah rocket hit a residential building in the city of Haifa, in the north of the country, again according to the Israeli Emergency Service, Magen David Adom.
The Hezbollah attack takes place a day after the bombing launched by Israel against the center of the Lebanese capital, Beirut, and which has so far left more than 20 dead and 60 injured, one of the deadliest since the resurgence of the hostilities between Israel and Hezbollah at the end of September.
The militia has claimed responsibility for all these attacks, in particular those launched against Kfar Blum and, above all, the Israeli military base of Shraga, located north of Acre, where the “administrative headquarters of the Golani brigade that has invaded in the south is located.” from Lebanon.
