MADRID 10 Ene. (EUROPA PRESS) –
This Friday, a group of settlers set fire to an agricultural area in the West Bank town of Abu Falá, located northwest of Ramallah, on the third consecutive day of attacks against cities in the West Bank, amid the rise in these incidents and in the face of complaints from the Palestinian authorities for the lack of measures by the Government of Israel to contain this situation.
Sources cited by the Palestinian news agency WAFA have detailed that the attackers have set fire to agricultural land owned by a resident in Abu Falá and have painted racist content on the walls of the facilities, with no information about injuries for now.
Civil Protection teams have managed to put out the fire in the area after the attack, which comes after separate assaults during the last two days against Turmus Aya and Al Mughayir, also located northeast of Ramallah, in apparent response to an attack carried out this week in which three Israelis died.
The operations of the Israeli Army and the attacks of Israeli settlers in the West Bank and East Jerusalem have left more than 800 Palestinians dead since these types of actions have increased since October 7, 2023, although already in the first nine months That year, record numbers of deaths had been recorded in these territories.
