MADRID 30 Dic. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Government of Kazakhstan has decided to send to Brazil the black boxes of the Azerbaijan Airlines plane model Embraer 190, made in Brazil, which crashed on Christmas Day in unclear conditions, leaving 38 dead and 29 injured.

The Ministry of Transport of Kazakhstan has reported that the commission created to investigate what happened has left with the boxes for Brazil, where they will be analyzed by the Aviation Accident Investigation Center (CENIPA).

The Kazakh authorities have explained that the decision has been taken after taking into account the recommendations of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), as well as those of the aviation organizations of Azerbaijan and Russia.

Likewise, the Kazakh Government has recalled that based on the standards established in the ICAO, the State that carries out the investigation guarantees the reading of the flight recorders and decides the country to read and decode the black boxes.

Meanwhile, Azerbaijan has demanded that Russia assume responsibility for the plane crash that occurred three kilometers from the airport in the Kazakh city of Aztau, and which according to one of the lines of investigation occurred “as a result of external interference.” , since when it was flying over Chechnya the Russian anti-aircraft systems were responding to a Ukrainian attack.
