Without much doubts, Arsenal football club will most definitely remain keen on improving their current squad by signing some new players when the transfer window opens.
But now, following the departures of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Calum Chambers and Sead Kolasinac during the January transfer window, Arsenal will aim to sign new players in the summer.
And if reports are anything to go by, then Arsenal are keen on improving their attacking options and have been linked with a summer transfer move for PSV Eindhoven forward Cody Gakpo.

Cody Gakpo has also been very impressive for PSV Eindhoven so far this ongoing 2021/2022 season, scoring 16 goals and providing 15 assists in the 37 matches he has played.
His impressive performances in front of goal is believed to have caught the attention of Arsenal and according to reports from The Sun, the Gunners are eyeing a summer transfer move for him.
But then, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has already left the club and Alexandre Lacazette is into the final four months of his contract, Arsenal are now ready to battle it out in order to sign Cody Gakpo next summer.
That said, it remains to be seen where Cody Gakpo will choose to continue his developments if he eventually gets to leave PSV Eindhoven when the transfer window opens.
