Russia intercepts nearly 60 drones launched by the Ukrainian Army, including two in the Moscow region

The Russian authorities claimed this Monday to have shot down nearly 60 drones launched by the Ukrainian Army against its territory, including two devices that have been destroyed in the Moscow region, without information on victims or material damage.

The Russian Ministry of Defense has specified in its Telegram account that a total of 59 drones have been intercepted over its territory and has accused kyiv of “trying to carry out terrorist attacks” against “targets in the Russian Federation.”

Thus, it has indicated that 45 devices have been destroyed in the Bryansk region, the main objective of the attacks during the last hours, while six have been shot down in Kursk, three in Belgorod and Tula, respectively, and two in the Moscow region. .

The Ukrainian Armed Forces have not commented on these attacks, carried out hours after the death of eleven people in an attack launched by the Russian Army against the city of Sumi, located in the northeast of the European country.
