The Lebanese Army Command is “monitoring these violations” of the ceasefire in coordination with “the relevant authorities,” as reported by the regular Lebanese Armed Forces on their official social media profile.

Israel and Hezbollah reached an agreement on Tuesday for a ceasefire of about 60 days, which stipulates that both Hezbollah and Israeli troops must abandon southern Lebanese territory in favor of the regular Lebanese Army, which must take up positions in the area. to guarantee the security of northern Israel.

However, this Thursday the IDF confirmed an airstrike against Hezbollah positions in southern Lebanon. According to Lebanese military authorities, this is not the only attack carried out by Israel despite the ceasefire agreement.
