Three people die in an apartment fire in Khabarovsk (Russia), possibly the result of an electrical fault

Three people, two men and a woman, lost their lives during the early hours of this Saturday as a result of a fire possibly caused by an electrical failure that destroyed one of the apartments in a block of flats in the Russian city of Khabarovsk, informed the regional General Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.
