Two members of London’s Metropolitan Police have been charged with four counts of sexual assault against a woman in an incident that occurred in the center of the British capital.
Jerome Beasley, 41, and Luke Robinson, 39, will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, according to British television Sky News.
The two worked in the Central Unit of the Western Command when the alleged attack occurred on the W1 highway, on April 21. Both were out of service.
The two officers are suspended and the Metropolitan Police Professional Standards Commission has already been informed of the charges against them.
